Participate in the European Conference ‘Digital transformation for educational innovation and inclusion’

The European conference entitled ‘Digital transformation for educational innovation and inclusion’ will take place on Thursday, the 2nd of November 2023 at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, from 9.30 to 17.30.

The conference aims at opening a dialogue and supporting the educational and scientific community in terms of digital transformation and innovation in the field of education. The ultimate aim is to enhance digital literacy and inclusion and promote 21st century skills.

The conference is organized in the context of the Augmented Assessment project and the Erasmus+ programme focusing on using augmented reality tools in the field of education. Through this, the project seeks students’ integration and inclusion in the educational process.

The Augmented Assessment project, coordinated by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, was successfully implemented in 2020-2023. During the implementation of the project an innovative approach promoting the use of augmented reality tools was developed for the assessment of students’ knowledge in the fields of science.

The other partners of the project will also participate in the conference: University of Helsinki (Finland), European University Cyprus, Cyprus Pedagogical Institute, Pompeu Fabra University (Spain), Polytechnic Institute of Porto (Portugal), National Council of Education of Portugal, Institute of Education Policy (Greece), Athens Lifelong Learning Institute (Greece).

The conference includes simultaneous interpretation.
